No-Touch Freight
All dispatches are accepted on a No-Touch Freight basis as the standard service. The customer, shipper, receiver, or authorized facility personnel are responsible for physical loading and unloading. The driver’s cargo-handling responsibility is limited to reasonable securement within the cargo area after loading.
Driver Assist — $100
If physical assistance is requested, the assigned driver may choose to provide reasonable help for an additional $100 per occurrence. Assistance is subject to driver approval and safe conditions. The driver may decline any task that is unsafe, excessively heavy, requires specialized equipment, or falls outside the agreed scope of service.
GPS & Milestone Updates
GPS location sharing may be available on eligible shipments, with practical milestone updates at dispatch, pickup, in transit, arrival, and delivery. Proof of delivery can be provided when applicable. Continuous GPS visibility is not guaranteed.
Single-Vehicle Service
Dedicated loads are transported directly from pickup to delivery with no planned cross-docking, terminal transfer, or co-mingling with unrelated freight. This reduces unnecessary handling and helps maintain shipment control.
24/7/365 Dispatch Availability
After-hours, weekend, and holiday dispatch requests are welcome for urgent Texas shipments, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Priority-dispatch pricing may apply.
Professional Cargo Securement
Securement equipment is matched to the assigned vehicle and shipment. Vehicle-specific equipment, payload, pallet capacity, dimensions, and installed securement systems will be confirmed before equipment-sensitive freight is accepted.
Commercial & Business Shipments
Examples include packaged parts, supplies, equipment, boxed merchandise, palletized commercial freight, documents, and other lawful non-household cargo that fits the assigned vehicle and can be safely secured.
Restricted Service Categories
We do not advertise household-goods moving, passenger transportation, or hazardous materials requiring placards or specialized authority. Unlawful, unsafe, misdescribed, leaking, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsuitable cargo may be refused.

Rates below are general guidelines for cargo-van and courier service. Final quotes depend on route, load details, timing, equipment, stops, wait time, and availability.
Loaded Miles
Under 600 loaded miles: typically $1.50–$2.00 per loaded mile.
Longer hauls: typically $1.25–$1.50 per loaded mile.
Short Runs
Short-distance dispatches are subject to a minimum charge. Loads under 100 miles generally carry a $350–$400 minimum, depending on the pickup, delivery, timing, and cargo requirements.
Pickup Distance
When more than 25 empty miles are required to reach the pickup, deadhead may be billed at approximately $0.75–$1.00 per mile or included in the agreed flat rate.
Wait Time
Free time: 1–2 hours for loading/unloading, as stated on the quote.
After free time: $45–$75/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
After-hours/weekend/holiday: $75–$100/hour.
After-Hours / Immediate
Loads requiring pickup outside normal business hours or with less than two hours of lead time may include a $75–$150 priority dispatch fee.
Accessorial Equipment
Special securement, protective materials, or other equipment requested and confirmed in advance may include a $50–$100 accessorial fee, depending on the shipment and equipment required.
Stop-Off Charges
Multi-stop loads may include an additional $50–$75 per stop for extra pickup or delivery locations along the route.
Reimbursable Expenses
Major toll roads, bridge fees, and required secure parking for high-value loads are 100% reimbursable by the client unless otherwise included in the written quote.
Truck Ordered, Load Not Available
If the driver arrives and the load is cancelled, unavailable, or not ready, a $150 dry-run fee or minimum two-hour detention charge may apply.
$100 Per Occurrence
No-Touch Freight is our standard service. When requested, the assigned driver may, at the driver’s sole discretion, provide reasonable physical assistance for an additional $100 per occurrence. Driver Assist is never guaranteed and may be declined for safety, weight, facility, equipment, or scope-of-service reasons.

Dedicated routes, recurring business accounts, high-priority deliveries, unusual cargo, and regional runs can be quoted at a negotiated flat or contract rate.
